I've completed my btech ECE, what should i study to get a job in airlines??
Hello Aspirant,
Thanks for approaching us
When it comes to entering the field of aviation , there are two possible ways:
- You become an Air Force Officer.
- You join Airports Authority of India as an Air Traffic Controller.
There are other non-government avenues too with which you may enter the field of aviation, but I'm not so well versed with those at the moment, to be of any real help.
Coming to the first 2 methods mentioned above. For the first, there's only one straight forward way, i.e. To join the Indian Air Force either as a pilot or as an officer in some other affiliate branch.
Fort he second, you can directly apply for the post of Junior Executive Air Traffic Controller, by going to the Airports Authority of India website (
www.aai.aero (http://www.aai.aero/)
). They are currently taking applications online, and to me you seem to be eligible as per their qualification requirements.
Hope this helps you
