Well procedure is simple. Since you have qualified neet and therefore you will be allowed to sit for counseling and that happens usually after the results are announced. State counseling is done by state authorities and for that you need to check their website to find any notification regarding the start of counseling. Then simply register and attend the counseling to see if you get a seat or not.
