I've got 12928 rank in VITEEE 2020 ,can I get CSE in category in 1? If not then which category? Is the total fee in categor 1 is just 198000? Are there no other expenses as such of hostel fee and any other charges? Are those included in it ?

We cannot predict the cut off now as cut off changes every year and this year VITEEE has been cancelled and admission is based on merit in PCM/PCB and JEE Main/SAT. There are tough chances of getting seat in CSE with such rank in round 1 of counselling, if there are vacant seats then you might have slight chances of getting seat in subsequent rounds. Cut off depends in number of seats available in each branch, number of candidates applied for a particular branch, rank etc. And the tuition fee is Rs. 1,95,000 for CSE and Rs 3000 is caution deposit. Mess fee, hostel fee and other miscellaneous fee is excluded.
