I've got 549 marks in neet 2019. AIR 24300 and obc category rank is 9564. Domicile Uttar Pradesh. Which colleges I can get through AIQ?

With an AIR of 24,300 it's quite tough to bag a seat through AIQ since the seats through the 15% Quota generally close down at 16-17k ranks.
Since you have the Domicile of UP, it would give you an advantage to pursue colleges.
As per the statistics of 2018, there are 2 colleges which might give you an opportunity to join MBBS namely :

1. Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad ( Closing Rank : 36,561 for OBC )
2. Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College ( Closing Rank : 56,758 )
