I've got 58000 rank in mht-cet. What are the colleges I should apply in? And specifically for CS/IT?

You should apply for all the good colleges, because in case you clear the cutoff you might get one. Otherwise, with a rank like yours, it's very difficult to find college which would give you CS or IT. You should also try through the against CAP or vacancy rounds, which may help you get good colleges. Otherwise it's very difficult. All the best!
