I've got food technology in techno Main Salt lake. Should I take it with a hope that I can change my stream right after 1st year?

Hi,
Yes, If you are satisfied by the college and just want an upgrade in your branch then absolutely you can take food technology branch and later you an go for up-gradation of the branch through counseling in which the students are given the branches on the basis of CGPA or the final percentage after 1st year. Just maintain good marks in your 1st year to satisfy the eligibility to sit for the counseling.
