i've got seat in neet 2019 ap state counselling in round 2. am i eligible to apply for round 3 also?? plzz help

Dear Dharani, there is no Round 3. There might be a mop up round based on the availability of seats. Candidates who have been allotted seat in Round 1 and Round 2 but want to opt for upgradation can also participate in Mop up round. The dates havent been released yet for AP Mop up round. Please keep an eye on the official website for more information.
