Yes, you are eligible to apply for the AP EAMCET.
If you score good marks you can get admission in good colleges.
There is as such no link between your JEE Main and AP EAMCET.
Through JEE Main you can take admission in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs and through your AP EAMCET you can take admission in your state level colleges.
