I hv done bcom from DU(open). Now I am confused what should I do. Should I do MBA regular or job +try for govt job MBA(distance). Pls hlp

If you did not score well this year in CAT, how about XAT,SNAP, NMAT and MAT? If you do not want to waste another year then I would suggest you to get a job this year and start preparing for CAT/XAT?SNAP etc too. As work-ex will give you san edge over other students during the selection.
