I've passed 12th in 2019 and gave improvement exam in 2020 because I was not having 75% for Jee eligibility, but my improvement exam 2020 doesn't go well, how can I appear for 12th third time so that I can have 75% in 12th?

Hello Aspirant.
As per the CBSE norms a candidate can apply for improvement Examination only once. There's no other chance of giving improvement examination. Whatever you'll be scoring in this exam would be your final score.
If you're unable to cross the eligibility criteria of 75% in 12th then you'll not be eligible to get a college through JEE main examination.
