I've received a shortlist mail from SIMS. So, with 79.42 percentile and being a non defence ward, what are my chances of converting the call

Hi Aashish,

As you have already been shortlisted for the next stage, the final selection will largely depend on the your performance in GE, PI and WAT. The three elements together hold weightage of 50 per cent during the final selection. Stay very positive! Face the next stage with full preparation and you will definetly convert the call!
