I've scored 65 percentile in jee mains 2026 and 62% in 12th cbse board 2026 (but my boards marks are not enough to fill the criteria) and in comedk i got 40 marks out of 180 and I'm waiting for wbjee result (I'm obc female obviously it doesn't give me much or any reservation but will i get cs core

With 62% in CBSE , you may not meet eligibility for many NITs/IIITs/GFTIs through JoSAA, but you still have good options for CSE through private colleges and state counselling.

Based on your scores:

• COMEDK (40 marks): You can target tier-2/tier-3 Karnataka colleges like:
  • Acharya Institute of Technology
  • Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology
  • Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management
• WBJEE: If your WBJEE rank is decent, you may still get CSE/IT in West Bengal private or state colleges.
• JEE Main (65 percentile): Good for admissions in many private universities even if government colleges become difficult.

Focus on getting a decent CSE/IT college and building strong coding skills during college — that matters a lot for placements.
