I've scored 76. my obc rank is 98 and all category rank is 3091. what colleges ypu think i might get ?

Though you have mentioned the marks and the rank but you have not mentioned the entrance exam name so that the student experts can be able to tell you as per the marks, whether you will be able to get a good college or not.
