Hello aspirant,
No. The JEE ADVANCED rank us allotted to you only on the basis of your merit i.e the marks which you have scored on the exam.
If you have any kind of reservation like (caste,physically handicapped) then another rank will be allotted to you namely the category rank. Also a certain percentage of seats are reserved for each category-
GEN-EWS - 10%
OBC-NCL - 27%
SC - 15%
ST - 7.5%
OPEN - 40.5%
PwD - 5% horizontal reservation in all above
