As OBC reservation system is there you have high chances of getting a seat in IIT if you are not concerned about branch.Good Luck you will get a seat

my jee advance score is 103 if my general rank is 18000 what will be my obc category rank

According to me you are going to qualify adv...but admission into any IIT is not possible

It depends upon level of difficulty and how other perform but 100 Is good one
