JEE Main 2018- Online registration for JEE Main 2018 is now open. The last date to submit completed JEE Main 2018 application form is January 1, while the application fee can be paid until January 2. CBSE had earlier released the information brochure for JEE Main 2018, which has all details pertaining to the entrance exam. JEE Main 2018 will be conducted in both pen-and-paper (offline), on April 8, and computer-based-test (CBT) mode, on April 15-16. Candidates opting for CBT will have to book their slots at the time of filling the JEE Main 2018 application form; no separate schedule will be available for slot booking. JEE Main 2018 is a national level entrance exam conducted for admissions to UG engineering programmes into NITs, IIITs and other CFTIs.JEE Mainis also the qualifying test for JEE Advanced which offers admission to IITs. Candidates will be allowed a total of three attempts for JEE Main. To apply for JEE Main 2018, candidates must have completed or be appearing for Class 12 exam. From the academic year 2017-18, providing Aadhaar Card details is mandatory for filling the application form. Every year, over 12 lakh candidates appear in this national level engineering entrance test. The JEE Main 2018 admit card will be available tentatively in the second week of March. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can check JEE Main 2018 result on April 30.
