I'm sorry you cannot get . You have not mentioned which category you belong even though for any category the rank is too high even to get into any nit for any branch. If it is 36500 there is a quite chance that you can get if you belong to the home state as the last year cutoffs at nit Raipur for CSE is around 22k.
