There are 3 subjects in jee mains paper1 those are physics, maths and chemistry.maximum marks are 300 i.e., each subject carries 25 questions so overall 75 questions. and for each correct answer 4 marks are awarded and negative mark of -1 for each wrong answer.

In JEE mains there are two categories, one is paper A and paper B
In paper A it is for engineering and paper B is for Architecture and interior of any other designing field.
In Paper A subjects are maths , physics and chemistry
The whole paper is of 360 marks
In paper b the subjects are maths , drawing and aptitude .
