Five subjects will be taken into account for calculation of percentile of qualifying examination marks for paper which are as follows ;
1- Language
2-physics
3-mathematics
4-any one of (Chemistry,Biology,Biotechnology)
5-Any other subject

JEE mains takes marks of 5 subjects to calculate final percentage.Those subjects are first your major which are Physics, Chemistry and mathematics and then English which compulsory as language paper and one more subject which you have taken as extra in you boards.
