It may change after the second edition of JEE mains which will be conducted in April, so wait for final rank announcement. Now, with this rank you cannot expect NITs or even IIITs. But yes option of state government and private colleges is still open for you. In case of private colleges you can get mechanical engineering but for state government colloges its hard to predict.
