As per the previous years cutoff trend it is very hard for you to get mechanical branch in Cet Bhuvaneshwar.
But every year cutoff changes as the level of the paper changes.And there are many private colleges which take admission on the basis of jee mains marks.
As per 2017 the closing rank for general category for mechanical branch was around 84k.Hence your chances are very less
