jee mains session 4 physics: 26.8 and chemistry: 34.4 and maths: 88.9 149.6 out off 300 my percentile is around 97 -98.9 am St category student and am female my St category rank is 11342 which branch and nit I can expect

This rank (11342) must be your CRL Rank and not Category Rank.
With 97-98.9 percentile your ST Category rank must be within 500.
