Yes, it is compulsory to appear in NEET examination if you want to opt for Bachelor in Homeopathic medicine and surgery (BHMS).
Atleast all the BHMS Government colleges in the country gives you admission on the basis of NEET score you have obtained in the examination.
But still there are private colleges that gives you admission even without asking for your NEET scores.
