Basically no,

Rule may be different for some counselling but i am telling you the generel rule of counselling.

Suppose you have alloted seat in 1st round and you have upgraded it then

you will continuosly upgraded it till last round.

Agar aap next round mei jana chahte go toh phir aapko register karna padega extra kuch amount pay karna padega next counselling attend hone me liye. Agar aap 1st counselling se thik hai toh kuch nahi karne kahe
