dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.Now coming to your question,Yes , it is recognized by many universities across the country. You can refer to its website : Jharkhand State Open School
But in my opinion there will always be some institutions that do not accept an open school certificate. It’s better to go to a full time school than an open school.
