With 244 marks, it is quiet difficult to fetch seat in government medical college through ALL INDIA COUNCELLING even with your vj/nt category certificate.
Reserved seats for your category will not going to help
You to bag a seat in any government colleges even with your state counselling.
You can go for Government dental colleges under your state quota, there you have chnces to bag seat.
Or you can try for getting private MBBS /BDS colleges with Lower cutoffs.
