M persuing 2 year from saint xaviers college. And i ve passed 1 year Is it transferable from rajasthan university to JNU in 2 year ?

First if you are studying graduation in st xaviers college then you will have to complete your graduation
And the answer of 2nd ques is that no its not possblile for transfer from rajasthan university to JNU.
