Instead of wasting time on other coaching centers and resources, just enroll in Kaplan courses ( slightly overpriced but worth the money). After building proper concept using Kaplan materials, move on to First Aid for USMLE Step 1. Then start solving questions from UWORLD, USMLERX. Meanwhile add Pathoma and 100 cases by Conrad Fischer to your preparation. Take NBME mock exams at intervals. Once you've reached your target score in mock exams, you're good to go for the real exam.

And next would be to discipline yourself enough for self studying. However if you think this is not appropriate for you,there a few options that you can go in for...
1. DAMS USMLE edge- This has recently been started in India by DAMS.
2. Becker's Coaching for USMLE- They have live satellite classes in India as well as live classroom classes in the US and assist with the visa procedures for the same for students enrolled with them.
3. Kaplan used to have satellite classes in India but I think they no longer have that now though I am not sure. But personally I have been using Kaplan study material and videos to grasp the key concepts before moving on to FIRST AID and Uworld which really the high yield resources.
