1. I am belongs from 'KHANDAYAT' Cast, which is comes under SEBC Category in Odisha only.
2. This 'KHANDAYAT' Cast is not comes under Central list of OBC,as I had checked from Central list of OBC pdf.
3. My PCB mark is only 149 out of 300.

Can I fill NEET (UG) 2020 ???

Khandayat Caste comes under General Category and so as a Candidate belonging to General Category, you shouls secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in your 12th in Physics, Chemistry ad Biology. Now you have secured 49.67%. And NTA doesn't round off decimals to the nearest digit and so to be eligible for NEET 2020, you may have to appear for improvement exams. You can score the required aggregate.
