All the medical colleges registered under MCI follow the common pattern of intake of students.
The 15% the total seats in the college are filled up through All India Quota whereas the remaining 85% is filled by through State Quota students.
Thus, the colleges of Maharashtra too incorporates students based on this principle i.e., being open for both State students as well as students all over India.
