If the registered mobile number is already link the to another students account and the OTP is being sent to that accoun, you will not be able to complete the registration using the same number.
In this situation you should:
- Contact your school authority and inform them about the issue
- Ask them to verify and update your correct mobile number in the school record if required.
- If the problem still continue contact the official helpdesk or supporting of the concerned portal for assistant.
Please do not try to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number once the records are corrected you should be able to registered successfully.
