Sorry to disappoint you but you need to have a score above 500+ to get a seat in government medical college under All India Quota and 450+ under state quota. With these marks you would only have options of private medical colleges.

Hey Aspirant, Sorry to say that with 400+ and being a general category student you are not eligible for getting admission in Government Medical college. Well don't lose hope and try till the last councelling and maybe you would get the admission.
