You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Considering it as a general rank, yes you can get a seat in counselling of icar in different courses such as BSC AG, BSC HORTICULTURE, BSC FORESTRY, BSC FISHERIES ETC .
Choose your college wisely and place them in the desired order to get a seat.
