Yes dear you can pursue your M.sc in abroad after your B.voc MLT
Most of the universities will offer M.sc for B.voc mlt students. foremost thing, you must choose in which stream you want to do your m.sc , and accordingly check the eligibility criteria required for that .
The basic requirement is you must have a bachelor's degree in any of the relevant stream in science
