Mam/sir I have got 40 and 38 Mark's in physics and chemistry as I am eligible to get admission in RUSSIA

It seems you are interested in studying your further studies in abroad specifically in Russia. Well, first of all, instead of your specific markings of Physics and Chemistry, you first have to decide what course you want to study in Russia.

After deciding your course of study, you have to decide the college or university where you want to study your course. After short-listing a list of colleges you prefer, you have to go through their eligibility criteria(s).

You have to carefully see what requirements or educational qualifications are required for applying for the course of your choice. Like we have cut-offs in Indian colleges/universities , they too shall have such a marking bar.
