With a ranking of 8L, yes you are eligible for management quota but not through counselling. You have to do admission directly by the college management. I hope this helps you. Admission to medical colleges is on the basis of NEET rank and candidate must have qualified the NEET exam for admission to colleges under Management quota also. With a rank of around 8 lakhs, I think you have not qualified the NEET exam. I would suggest you to prepare well and appear next year for the exam.

Are you asking for the direct admission ? If yes then it is not allowed the admission is based on NEET Entrance Exam only. As you know that with this score you didn't qualify the exam.
