There is no such limits to attend entrance exam.
But be careful that you need to score atleast 70 percentage in boards so that if you are not qualifying the exam in competative exam then you can get admissions in some colleges for which they consider boards marks.

you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in each of physics , chemistry and biology if you are an UR candidate in your class 12 board examinations and 40% if you are a reserved candidate to be held eligible for NEET UG counselling on qulifying the examination with the 50th percentile(UR) and 40th percentile for SC , ST and OBC .
Generally a score in excess of 500 should get you into a decent Govt.Medical college by the 85% state quota and a score in excess of 550 should be enough for a 15% AIQ seat , however 600+ could be required for a premier institution seat via AIQ
