Rank depends on number of candidates appeared, number of candidates in your category, marks obtained in AP EAMCET and IPE.So the rank won't be the same for the given marks.If you obtain 40-50 marks in AP EAMCET you may get get 40,000, this is just an ideal score. Actual rank and marks may change.
