It will not be difficult if you take cs after biology. Because in cs you start to learn from the base. And you will be able to follow it.
There are many students who are taking cs after taking biology. The have good results too... So dont worry

No it won't turn out to be difficult if you haven't choosen Computer science the college will teach you the basics don't worry go for it.
