Hi Prasoon! There is no need of that if you are from Bihar then you can get the affidavit made from Bihar itself and simply submit the documents where asked. You don't to apply for the affidavit in rourkela just because you are joining NIT rourkela.

Yes student you can.,for clearing JEE Mains.now coming to your question,yes every NIT asks for a GAP affidavit. they may ask in on the time of physical reporting to the college or in betwewn your college semester in the 1st year itself.so my advise is to make it before hand.
