You can't compare mbbs in India and abroad. There are many facilities that our doctor's provide that foreign countries don't . Many ways of medicine because of which people from abroad move towards India for their treatment.
Mbbs across India is completely beneficiary for the ones who want to learn and practice. There's no harm in pursuing mbbs from India take examples of those great doctors who are serving our nation . One's who are not able to clear medical examination in India prefer to move outside India to pursue their mbbs.
I would just say to become a great doctor you must work hard to get a good college in India so you won't have to look outside it for pursuing your dreams
