    Yes, you can reappear for Class 12 with PCM under UP Board even after passing PCB in 2024. This is legal and allows you to become eligible for BTech or other PCM-based courses. Since you are already in BCA 2nd year, you should check with your college to ensure there’s no conflict with concurrent enrollment.
