277 marks are not very good .. With this score you are not be able to get a govt medical seat. But you may get seat through management quota.

You need to score minimum 500 to get a Govt. Seat.

most of the medical seats of private and government colleges are under  NEET UGC, so it all depend upon your NEET rank and score

Getting a seat in a private college is also difficult with this score u can get a seat through management.
