You can ask for extension of dates by writing application to authority stating your genuine reason for not producing marksheet.
Assure them of providing marksheet before August.
They can only then allot you provisional seats.
Once you submit all documents you will be admitted and confirmed seat shall b given.

then wt about updating on du online portal. wahan pe bhi update krna hai 22 july tak.
