Neet eligibility criteria,  regarding marks in class 12th is:-

The marks are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

If your pcb aggregate is 50% then yes you are eligible for neet.

The eligibility criteria basically depend on different colleges and works according to the administration. But in general, most the colleges keep the eligibility criteria that the student should have secured at least 50% marks in PCB and should also have English as a subject.

And for other castes Like Oc its 50%.
