Hello,
The eligiblity criteria for appearing in JEE mains and Advance exam is

Candidate should pass class XII with atleast 75% marks or be in top 20 percentile of respective boards.

Since you are failing in one subject, you do not fulfill the above criteria.
So, you are not eligible to appear for JEE exam.

Hello there. Since you have failed and also due to that you might not be able to have at least 75% so you are not eligible to go for the examination.
