Mereko Jeecup polytechnic me counselling krnii hai meri rank achi aayi hai but Mereko 12th ka physics compartment bhi Dena hai jo 15 July ko hai aur document verification I think iske Pehle ho rha hai. Toh what should I do??

If you have secured a good rank , you should participate in the counselling process. However, if you have a compartment examination or are awaiting your result, you should plan carefully to avoid any issues during admission.

1. Register and fill your choices

• Complete the online counselling registration and choice filling (for example, through the respective counselling portal such as JEECUP, if applicable).
• After seat allotment, you will be asked to choose either the Freeze or Float option.

2. Choose the "Float" option (if appropriate)

If you are awaiting your compartment result or believe you may not have all the required documents before the first round of document verification, choosing Float may be beneficial.

• Float means you temporarily accept the allotted seat while remaining eligible for higher-preference colleges in subsequent counselling rounds.

3. Participate in later counselling rounds

Counselling is usually conducted in multiple rounds. If your compartment result is expected before the final or special counselling rounds, you may be able to complete document verification and admission during those rounds, subject to the counselling schedule and rules.

4. Carry relevant documents

If your final marksheet is not yet available:

• Carry your compartment examination admit card or any official proof issued by the examination board.
• Inform the verification authorities about your result status.

However, keep in mind that final admission is subject to the counselling authority's rules . Many institutions require candidates to produce the final qualifying marksheet and pass certificate by the prescribed deadline. Simply carrying a compartment admit card does not guarantee that document verification or admission will be accepted.
