See for doing MBA good English is an essential requirement. You won't be able to clear CAT exam without having a good hold on English and even if you somehow able to get enrolled in any college then also without a good command on on your communication skills you won't be able to grow in corporate world.

Instead of doubting on your abilities or worrying about whether you will be able to do MBA or not you should start improving your English. Whether you do MBA or not your improvement in English will help you in long run, in your whole life whichever field you pursue your career.

For improving your English you should start reading good English books. You can start reading fiction novels which will help you keep up an interest in reading and will also improve your language. Along with this improve your vocabulary by memorizing 5 words daily with their correct spelling, pronunciation and meaning. You should also start using these words in your day to day conversation which will help you keep recalling these words in a better way. And finally you can do online courses or refer to basic books to improve your English Grammar. In order to see your improvement start writing articles or stories or your personal diary in English which will help you in implementing your learning.

Continue with all these things for a few months 2nd you will be able to see a lot improvement in your English then definitely you can do MBA.
