According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some of the moderate NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Puducherry, NIT Silchar and likewise some other institutions. But if you want admission in core branches like CSE, IT then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
