Let me tell you For ESIC Medical Colleges if you are General Category then your score should be more than 520 + and for OBC 480 + ,SC/ST trend is slightly lower.these are the cuttoff for ESIC Medical colleges for Undergraduate.This is Cuttoff trends by Previous years Analysis,for Kolkata and gulbarga.

According to the previous year cutoffs , a score above 420 can get you a seat in ESIC medical college , Gulbarga while a score above 460 can get you a seat in ESIC medical college , Joka, kolkata. So , different ESIC colleges have  different cutoffs for different years. So nothing can be surely predicted about this. But on an estimation , a score about 400 can fetch you a seat in one of the ESIC colleges.
